Storage unit auctions are held every second Tuesday of each month
Auction starts at 10:00am sharp; we recommend you arrive 20 minutes early to allow time to park and sign in for a bidder's badge.
Please note our auction can consist of both indoor storage units and outdoor vehicle spaces at any given auction; there is no guarantee of either though at each auction
Please do not check into the Main office as we have a desk set up outside our Main office as we continue to serve new and existing customers in our main office during auctions days, thank you.
All auction bids are plus HST and only acceptable forms of payment are cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard. Payment is due directly after the auction.
There are no entrance or buyer's fees applicable. Units are sold as a whole, not piece by piece.
You will purchase an entire unit and it must be vacated within 48 hours of the auction sale. If you need to store longer than the 48 hour period we can rent the unit(s) at weekly or monthly rental prices.
The number of storage units up for auction varies up to the date of the auction. There are no unit price averages; it depends on items inside of the unit and the unit size as well.
Note it is unknown what is physically inside of the units, they are not inventoried or checked prior to the auction
Note the unit auctions moves quickly and generally is done within 20-30 minutes of starting.
